Throughout my life, I have gone through extremes of mental health distress, and it has always felt so lonely, rough for me, rough for my friends and family. This caused me to bottle everything up inside, and almost led me to be successful in taking my own life. I'm glad I didn't succeed and that I'm still here, fighting this battle. Because of what I've gone through though, I have a renewed determination to help those who are in this mental health battle.

Speaking from experience, I want to encourage anyone who is in the same darkness to seek help.

DON'T GIVE UP.
YOU DESERVE TO BE WELL.

For those who have family or friends going through this, be patient and be there for them.

The song 'Medication' by @The Collection had inspired me to seek more treatment when I was scared to take the leap. Go check them out!! They are amazing!! I can tell you that even though I am not back where I want to be, it's a life jacket that has been keeping me afloat and I have not gone back to the very despair that gripped me before. I've slowly but surely seen improvement! Just know that YOU DESERVE TO BE WELL AND DONT GIVE UP. I designed a line of mental health awareness merchandise as a way to cope with what I've been going through. I want to spread awareness about Mental Health and break the taboo about addressing and talking about it. I hope you find something that you like!
